Your one hour Tailored Tranquility Yoga Practice will be created to serve you deeply, and it will become a session you can practice whenever you like

First, we will chat about what you want and need. Then we will practice together, live on Zoom. Then, you will have the recording to watch over and over again.

Plus! You will get a downloadable, printable practice summary to refer to which includes my hand drawn asana diagrams.

Life gets very full, doesn't it?

What am I going to cook for dinner? Did I respond to that email? Argh crap, I've left the washing in the machine. No Dad, that text message isn't really from Citilink. 

... sometimes it feels like I am just mindlessly rushing from one thing to the next with no time to stop and breathe, trying not to snap with frustration at the next person who fails to indicate in a timely manner. 

And all of that whilst being aware of the state of the world. VIOLENCE. STARVATION. GLOBAL HEATING. HOUSING CRISIS.

I'm not alone here, right? It's a lot.

I love having all of that stress unravel at a yoga class, but if I am honest... I don't always get to one

Sometimes the timing doesn't work. I'm needed elsewhere. I'm too tired. Or I just don't want to be around people

Sometimes I have specific issues like period pain or my left knee has gone bung. 

This is where being able to practice yoga at home is the bomb!

I can help you to help yourself. I can create a yoga practice especially for you to address your unique needs and wants.

  • Fifteen Minute Discovery Call where we chat about you what you need and want from a yoga practice so I can come up with a session tailored specifically to YOU.
  • One Hour Live Private Yoga Class with Shae: Hosted on Zoom, we will meet for a one hour, one-on-one yoga practice designed especially for you.
  • Recording of your tailored practice for you to watch over and over again.
  • Downloadable Summary of the practice including hand drawn asana (posture) diagrams for you to print and refer to if you want to practice offline.
