I am so glad you're here!

I share practices and wisdom with curious minds so that a deep sense of connection and joy becomes the norm rather than the exception, even when life feels hard.

I can support you with tools and techniques so you can show up as your best self in service of the causes you care most about. I offer clear guidance for taking action.

I invite you to know and be your true self through asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophical contemplation and making art just for the fun of it.

"The woman I was when we began could not have imagined or comprehended the ways her life would transform, shift, change, flow become more exquisite, and filled with heart and joyful expression."

Read my story

I fell in love with yoga when I was working in not-for-profits, soon after I recovered from breast cancer treatment.

Everything I offer you here has been massive in my own adventure towards knowing and connecting with myself and others, being more present more often, doing good in the world, and finding joy in the day-to-day. I know it'll do the same for you too.

I am deeply grateful to the traditional custodians of the lands and waterways on which I live and work: the Gunditjmara people.

Their enduring culture and lore, their kinship with and connection to Country, their ability to heal despite ongoing injustice is an incredible expression of wisdom, strength and spirit.

As a white person who is still unsure about my own ancestral lineage, I acknowledge my privilege and I acknowledge that this land was never ceded.

I affirm my intention to be part of a community of truth tellers in the spirit of understanding and friendship.

I pay my respects to elders, past, present and emerging.
